CUPIC 2017 FEATURED PLENARY PRESENTATION: JOHN-MICHAEL KEYES
John-Michael represents The “I Love U Guys” Foundation to districts, departments, agencies and organizations regarding school safety. His professional career has included graphic design, software development, and workflow analysis. The death of his daughter, Emily, at the hands of a gunman at Platte Canyon High School compelled Mr. Keyes to bring his professional expertise to the arena of school safety. The Keyes family's response to the events at Platte Canyon High School was immediate support for first responders and compassionate outreach to law enforcement.

Conference attendees take part in the plenary session at CUPIC 2016
The George Mason University Police Department is hosting the Twelfth Annual College and University Police and Investigators Conference (CUPIC) in Falls Church, Virginia. This conference focuses on unique aspects of law enforcement and security needs for Colleges and Universities. The conference provides a perfect setting for law enforcement and security personnel to come together and participate in topics and breakout sessions that will be concentrated on college and university level crime and public safety related issues. The location for this year's conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Fair Lakes in Fairfax, Virginia from August 1 through August 4. More information on the program will be made available shortly.
Every year, CUPIC has been a huge success with agencies attending from across the U.S. and abroad. We encourage you to come take part in this year's wonderful opportunity to network with high level decision makers from the Higher Education Law Enforcement and Public Safety Profession from around the country
Read what some of our previous attendees had to say:
"I found every aspect of this conference helpful. To see other agencies and understand they have our same issues and concerns help you realize this is not just a problem you alone face."
"Very valuable, every year I call on what I learn at CUPIC to help me in my duties."
"The diversity of classes combined with the networking opportunities were excellent."
"The networking is invaluable and the vendors offered some valuable information and equipment."
