The official sponsoring hotel for CUPIC 2008 is The Hyatt Fair Lakes in Fairfax Virginia. A limited number of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate for CUPIC 2008 attendees. The daily rate will be $100 per night. You can book your reservations online through their website by clicking the link above or call them directly at 703-818-1234 or 800-633-7313. Be sure to give the group code: CUPI in order to receive the discounted rate.

Last year the sponsoring hotel sold out quickly so be sure to book your reservations well in advance.

A welcome reception will be held Tuesday night at The Hotel.

Shuttle transportation to and from the Fairfax Campus Conference location will be provided daily, free of charge.

Free transportation to and from Dulles Airport and Reagan National Airport will be provided as well on 8/11/08 and 8/15/08. Additional information will be provided as we get closer to the event.

Classes are tentatively scheduled from 8AM-4PM Tues-Thurs and 8AM-12Noon on Friday. Breakout sessions will be throughout the day with some sessions being repeated more than once over the 3 1/2 days.
